When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the following personal data:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The content of your message

When you book a session via Calendly, Calendly collects and processes your data according to their own privacy policy, available at calendly.com/privacy.

3. How we use your data

We use the data collected via the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing purposes, and we do not share it with third parties.

4. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you submit the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries related to our coaching services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. How long we keep your data

We retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted. If a coaching relationship begins, relevant communications may be retained for the duration of that relationship and up to 2 years after its conclusion.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request restriction of processing
• Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl
